oh goodness.

so its been forever, but thats just fine.  grey's anatomy is amazing.  i really don't think i should be allowed to watch this much.  plus the coming doctor who marathon.  =)

also, head colds suck, and i completely adore fall foliage.  

 oh man.

so i just went and saw 500 days of summer, and i was completely blown away.  it was a visually beautiful movie, as well as being touching and completely hilarious.  i really want to say more, like how much i loved all the actors, and how brilliant the fragmented telling was, but to be honest i wouldn't be doing it justice.  


also: true blood has been so utterly made of win this season.  Godric is knocking my sox off.

ok, so i think some reaction posts are in order.  

first of all, half blood prince.  i'm not going to get really really into it, but i am going to say that i loved it completely, laughed ridiculously hard quite a few times, and that it reminded me why i loved harry potter in the first place.  it was also a really visually beautiful movie.  

next torchwood: EPIC.  thats all.  just EPIC.  

and being human in a few days, so thats really exciting.  also, i drove all the way home this afternoon, and only almost killed someone once.  not counting the bicyclists.  but it was FUN.

also, i was re watching old episodes of doctor who, and i had totally  forgotten how fantastically brilliant it is.  so i'm looking forward to new specials!!!! =)

and finally, for anyone american enough to be watching so you think you can dance, IT IS SO FANTASTIC, capslock doesn't even begin to cover it.

( the longest thing i've ever written on lj. ever. )SO.  now that that is done i introduce *drum roll* highs and lows!  its something we used to do on monday mornings back in middle school.  we had to have a high and a low from the weekend to share with our advisory.  i'm going to do a few of each from the week on saterday's, from now on ;D.

highs:
-NEW POINTE SHOES!!! which work oh so very well, and are so much better than my old ones.
-this week is finally over
-i really like their eyes were watching god, and i think i'm going to finish it this weekend.
-new bones to watch!!
-i found a new fanfiction site for dr who.  joy!

lows:
-this was one of the longest, least fun weeks of my LIFE.  urgh
